I’m a proud DC native who has always been drawn to work that feels personal, creative, and connected to community. Right now, I teach upper elementary and middle school students math, coding and robotics. My teaching style is informal, engaging. I try to explain concepts in different ways and make learning feel less intimidating and fun.
Outside of teaching, I pet sit often as an animal lover. I also have a cat of my own named Mona. When I’m not working, I’m usually trying new recipes, reading, thinking about my next travel, or get curious about the world. I gravitate toward roles that give me the flexibility to think outside the box, combine creativity with problem solving, and build solutions that can have a meaningful social impact.
Other interests I have include robotics and biodesign.
